Issuing a customer receipt in Accounting Start

Hi - I see that a paid INVOICE can be generated but I need the title to change from INVOICE to RECEIPT...in Accounting Start there does not seem to be any way to do it - all the help videos are Sage 50 where there is a dedicated button/tab. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for using Sage City.

Unfortunately, in Accounting Start you cannot change an invoice into a receipt. Once the invoice has a payment allocated, it should show as paid. The receipt that has been allocated will show in the bank activity. You can go to banking, and select the account to view this.
