Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues. You can always keep an eye on our Bank Feeds Status page if you experience issues again.

At the moment, it doesn't look like your bank is on the list. 

To update your Credentials, from the main Banking Screen within Start, there should be a little Cog Wheel icon at the top right corner of the Bank Account box (You'll need to hover over the box to see it)

Once you click this, you should get an option to re-confirm your credentials.

Hi, thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, when I hover over the cog the only option I get is "Disconnect bank account." I have in the past had the option to re-enter credentials but not this time.

Turns out that TSB changed their open banking feed. Although the old feed still existed it wasn't being updated so I had to disconnect, reconnect with the new feed then redo my rules.
