Mobile App problem

I am getting really confused, I have only just started using sage and so far its been great, but I have now downloaded the app and there seems to be an invoice listed on the app which doesnt exist on the cloud, and its not an invoice I have sent so not sure where this "ghost" invoice has come from, more to the point how do I get rid of it, anyone else had this issue

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    I would recommend to attempt to reload all data in your mobile app to see if this corrects the issue. You can find this if you go into the main menu of your Accounting mobile app > settings > reload all data. Depending on the data available this may take a few minutes to complete. This will force it to clear and re download the data and should correct the issue.

    If you are still having the issue after following the steps above I would recommend giving us a call so we can take a look at the data and the transaction in question in more detail.
