Good morning 

We are at two partner firm and are new to the online software.

I set up the sage online and have no issues with filing returns.  However, when my partner tries to submit a corporation tax return under his login it just hangs and nothing happens, he has manager access, so from what I understand has the same rights as I do.

He is able to submit it from my laptop using my login and this has happened a number of times now.

Has anyone else experienced this?

He is able to file accounts at Companies House and Personal Tax Returns.
