I wonder if someone can help me.
We are new to the partner edition and a number of clients have added up as their accountants on Accounting Plus.
We have accepted the invite and they are now showing up on our client list.
However, when we click to go into their data, it doesn't log us in as the accountant, it says we are the client - says You're currently assuming the role of [Client Name], click here to resume being [accountant name] If I click the later it takes me back to my client list.
Have we done something wrong with the setup?
Presumably, if we make any adjustments it will record as the client making the adjustment and not us?
