Tax Code Prefixes - automatically adjust based on country

Currently, the tax codes generated using the employee statements on the starter checklist are always English ones - lacking S or C prefixes. This happens even if the employer's address and the employee's address are both Scottish or Welsh.

The software should adjust these tax codes to include the correct prefix when necessary.

    Thanks for the idea and feedback.  I will look to how we can implement new country options in the EE record as right now it still refers to United Kingdom for all and i think having Scotland (UK) Wales (UK) or similar would be a good option and should then allow us to look at this info when allocating tax codes in starter forms.
