Various suggested improvements to the process of setting up new employees after a call with a new customer:
- when enter email address, would be better if didn't have to press the tab button before the Online Document tick box can be selected
- when setting up employee would be better to draw attention to the importance of the RTI ID and what the options are to avoid mistakes when employees are assigned a new RTI ID in error
- Starter Form states P46 but this should now be called a Starter Checklist to avoid confusion
- Also, the link to the starter checklist should be available from the program to save manually getting it from HMRC website
