There is already an issue with pensions letters listed online so Sage are aware but we also have an issue in that if we just print pension letters it prints the wrong date of enrolment etc, however if we individually open each letter first and then print the correct date is printed.

As the idea is to make the process more efficient and we have a high volume of new starters please fix the letter issues so we can batch print and still get the right dates.

(tried phoning regarding this to be told you had no idea why this would happen, hence there doesn't seem to be a current solution)
