Linking Employee records for multiple roles - To receive payslips on ONE email address

Currently, we have employees working in two or more different positions within one organisation. As their jobs are in different departments, we need to have separate SAGE records for each of their roles, which means that in order for them to receive their payslips for these roles, they need to have multiple email addresses.

As you can imagine some employees do not have multiple email addresses and find it difficult to navigate this.

We propose that a function is implemented that LINKS different employee records of the same employee together, so that they can receive their payslips into one email address.
