Audit Report that identifies changes in bank details

With so much fraud reported there is no way of easily checking if bank details have been amended in sage other than check each record manually against the last bank payment. A simple report that lists details of bank account changes would enable an audit trail and verification checks.

  • Hi, thanks for your suggestion. In Sage 50  Payroll there is already a feature called Audit Trail which monitors changes in the data (which you control) including date/ time and username,   This is quite a long report but can easily be filtered on screen to show specific types of changes  in this case i could ask to just see anything in Employee Bank Details. this ca also be printed off / saved as pdf.
