Technical issue Sage keeps closing



I need to process payroll 

I can log into sage successfully when I click on change process date or update pension Sage just closes and I have to log in again. This has happened continually for two days, I have rebooted my PC, but it still does the same. I don't get any pop ups or messages - Sage just disappears 

Can anyone help

    You can run the Optimise option to repair your data if you receive an error messages or issues, such as the issue you’re currently experiencing.

    To run the Optimise option: 

    1. Close Sage 50cloud Payroll.
    2. Ensure no other users are logged on to the company.
    3. Open Sage Payroll.
    4. On the Open Company window, click the company you want to optimise.
    5. Click Optimise. Depending on the size of your data, this may take a few minutes.
    6. Click OK then log in as normal.

    If the issue still continues to occur, you can run a repair and compact on your data.
