If you use Sage HR Online Services to upload online payslips for your employees, we recommend making your employees aware of their support options if they have queries or issues using this online payslips platform.
We have a dedicated support hub available to employee users which covers common queries such as how to set up access from their welcome email, how to view and download their payslips, and what to do if they can't log in.

If there is anything your employees can't find from our online support, please request they contact you. Sage can't support employees directly, only employers and their admin users. If admin users require any further assistance, Sage 50cloud Payroll and Sage HR technical support are available to assist. Please be aware if the query is about payslips, Sage HR chat support may advise you to contact Sage 50cloud Payroll technical support.
