  • Trying to get answers about moving from one Sage product to another (Sage 50 to Sage One) has been like trying to get blood out of a stone!     How difficult is it to reply to an email?  How many times do we have to ask to get the contact name changed on the account before anyone takes any notice?

  • Our business uses both Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll both of which are fantastic pieces of software that I couldn't recommend more highly. Also the support teams are second to none, not that we've ever had many reasons to use them due to the quality and stability of their products.

  • I have used Sage for Accounts and Payroll for what seems forever !  I have seen it grow and expand and improve year in year out.  I would have no problem recommending Sage to anyone from a small business like ours, to a large business.  In fact as we are a small company we probably don't use all the facilities.  I especially think the virtual help is a huge step in the right direction.  I have tried to call sometimes and have to wait a while especially at busy times. So the virtual help is great and always go for that option now.   There are so many areas now where you can get help which I think is excellent and everything is explained really well .    My only suggestion I would make is that I find when producing invoices and want to put in the customers order number there is never enough space to get it all in.  I find that companies these days tend to have a lot longer order/reference numbers but can only get about 8 in.  However as that is the only thing I can think of , Sage is obviously doing the right thing !  So keep it up Sage !

  • I've been only using sage 50 for a year and have found it extremely user friendly compared to other systems I have used.  I enjoy using it and when I do have a query the support centre is always on hand with guidance and ideas.  excellent service!
