Sage 50 Payroll – Common questions in the new year

There’s a lot going on after the festive period and there are some tasks in payroll you only perform at this time of year.

In Sage 50 Payroll there’s some features available so you can get your payroll off to the best start in the new year.  

Correcting mistakes

If you notice a mistake, for example you’ve advanced too many periods or paid an incorrect amount to an employee, in a previous pay period. You can easily correct this by using the Rollback, Restore or Recover options.

If you want to correct a mistake for a specific employee, the Rollback option is the best option for you.
