Agree i would like to reorder my pay elements so all employees are matching 

I agree completely.  Not only do we have clients with redundant pay elements that can't be removed, but increasingly we have client with more than 30 pay elements which ,as has been mentioned, makes it impossible to run any reports on those pay elements.  This in turn, affects our ability to send out figures to those clients with any degree of certainty.  I also agree with the point about being able to resize the payments box so it is more obviously readable.  It is a strain focussing on such small text all day.

Also would be good to be able to resize the pay elements box.  We have so many different pay elements that I have to use my finger to ensure I'm inputting into the right pay element line.  Is there any chance of being able to do this?

This has been a bug bear for many over the years and I would also love to see the reordering of pay elements, both in the Company>Pay Elements... settings as well as in the Employee Record>Employment>Pay Elements window.
