Does anyone know what an opt-out reference number is? When I send pension data, it is asking me for this number for the employees who opted out this month.

Hi Georgina,

Thanks for using Sage City.

The opt out number is not relevant in Sage 50 Payroll, you can enter any numeric values, the following article gives a bit more context and explanation: Error: 'C6 opt-out reference number is missing' when using the pension Data Exchange.
