One of my companies has CIS and they send me over each month what they have suffered but can I process week 1 on the new tax year before I complete their year end

You can process week 1 of the 2023/2024 tax year before you complete payroll year end. You'll just need to ensure you set the process date back to 05/04/2023 when you're ready to complete payroll year end then follow the steps as normal. Remember, the deadline to send the year end submission to HMRC is 19 April 2023, and the deadline to issue P60s to employees is 31 May 2023.
