Is there anywhere I can see what fields / information is included in the online payslip layout?

I need to split employee pay between different overtime rates and would like to find out what or how many items are available in the 'Make up' to Gross pay section - if that makes sense - before I go ahead adding all the information and find out that I cant show it on the payslip.
