When running the Year end I set up the online payslips and uploaded historical payslips for all employees.
We are processing our weekly payroll, when clicking on Upload Online Payslips, there is a notification at the bottom regarding 4 historical leavers, stating their email is invalid. I have selected the date I want the payslips publishing, but it the button to publish payslips is not available. IS this because of the error on the historical leavers? How do I correct this?

I notice this query has slipped through without a community response, sorry for the late reply but I thought I’d pop something back to you.
The error on those four employees was preventing the upload, to resolve this issue open the employee record for each of these leavers and click the Analysis tab. In here, delete the email address for Online Services, then untick the Online Services box. Click Save then Close. You can then upload your employees' payslips.
