Setting time for Sage HR notification / email

Hi,

Not sure if this question is better placed in the Sage HR forum, or on here?

Question on Sage HR pay slips. Is there a way for us to set the notification time for the pay slip message on Sage HR to be sent out?

I schedule the pay slips to be issued a couple of days before pay-day, however currently the 'New Pay slip' email and app notifications are arriving on employee phones at 5am. I've had a few complaints about this as this is far too early and has, on occasions, woken some of them up!

Can this be amended please? So far all I can see when scheduling pay slips is to set the date and not the time.

Thanks for the question. There is no option to set the time on these payslips as they are part of a single run that starts around 2am and runs thought the entire batch of all payslips users on the same day and the arrival time will vary depending on how many payslips Sage is publishing that day,

We have set the notifications to the Sage HR mobile app be silent so should not make any sound on a phone. It could be that the employees are getting an email notification which is causing the sound, i would recommend they set a do not disturb period on their phone.

I have mine set so notifications are all silent between 11pm and 6am so i don't get any audible notifications from any app during that time.
