Sage V29 update crashing

Question

Anyone experiencing issues with latest update, it appears to be randomly kicking users out and closing programme?

Hi Lorraine, Thanks for using Sage City. I wondered if you used Sage 50 Accounts as well? If you do it could be the issue documented in the following article > If you don't use Sage 50 Accounts I would recommend creating a quick backup, logging out of the software and installing again as Administrator. To install as administrator you can right click on the shortcut and choose Run as Administrator. If this has helped, please click More > Verify Answer . Regards Andy Sage UKI

I'd suggest following this article as a starting point: Software closes when trying to log in to a company > If the problem persists, I'd then recommend contacting Sage Technical Support so they can troubleshoot and narrow the problem down, typically they'll want to know where the data is held, if more than one company is used / affected, does the demonstration company open?
