V29 problems

Hello,

I am due to upload my last two payrolls of the 22-23 ty and have just updated (as prompted) to V29. Now when i'm trying to enter payments for one of my payrolls, nothing happens. It brings up the prompt about those who are on hold, i press okay but then nothing happens. 

I've gone into 'check for updates' and it's brought up versions 26-28 for some reason, so now I don't know what to do.

    I experienced the same problem after upgrading to v29, the enter payments option crashes the program.  I called Sage tech at least 5 times  yesterday who got me to perform various procedures, none of which fixed the problem.

    I was led to believe it was something wrong with our computer system but I now know it's a problem with their upgrade because we are not the only ones experiencing this problem.

    Sage need to get their act together and thoroughly test their upgrades before unleashing them on the unsuspecting public.  I am now left with a payroll program that doesn't work and employees expecting a payroll next week...
