Software crashes when trying to print, email or export files



Recently upgraded to Sage 50 P11D Professional and I'm trying to print the P11D forms to check all submissions but the software crashes and closes. 

I've attempted to export/email and I get the same issue. All printer setting appear correct.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    I notice this query hasn't had a community response.

    I appreciate this may be resolved now, but I'd advise the first thing to check for this issue is whether any Windows updates are awaiting installation. If there are any Windows updates pending then save any work on your computer and install these updates, then restart the computer and test running your reports again.

    If the issue persists close Sage 50 P11D then right-click the icon for it on your desktop and click Run as administrator then test your report again. If this doesn't resolve it, one last step I can advise would be to then re-install your software and test again. If the issue still persists, please contact Sage support.
