I also have the same error and like you two cars one electric one hybrid but same as previous year. Did you manage to resolve this yet?

Hi  No I have not resolved this.  I don't really want to send them all in by post as online is so much easier and they may be rejected still in person.  I'm going to try and call up Sage and HMRC today and I will let you know if I get anywhere.  My hybrid was on there last year too.  I did read you can no longer have the car description starting with a number which you could in previous years.  We used to have a 5 series BMW  and I've had to change the 5 to five but it still didn't sort the problem.

I have just read the description may be too long or contain odd characters. I had an odd description included for one car which had "0.0" in it -I deleted the 0.0 and then the submission went through. I hope that helps? good luck

I wonder how long is too long.  I may just shorten all the names and see 

I shortened all the car names to very basic and it submitted. So annoying it could submit last years but not this year.

oh well done - yes I agree I dont think I had changed the names either! One job done anyway for another year...
