Hi - mine does the same - but loses all the medical insurance groups too. If you haven't already spoken to support - the do so as yesterday they told me I was the only one with a problem!

Hi Katrina, it would appear in this instance it wasn't the Sage Software that was at fault, my issue related to a Microsoft issue, if you have an IT department it may be worth asking them to have a look at your computer. I hope this helps.

Mine definitely is not an IT issue at my end - though initially Sage said it was. My data is now with Sage while they try to work out what is going wrong. The P11d software is still a 32bit program with a 64bit 'bolt-on' to make the emailing work .... or not as the case may be. This is absolutely my last year with Sage.

I have had this issue , on the phone to Sage yesterday for ages and the outcome was that the only bit that will email like the payslips is the the P11D email version - the covering letter etc has to be saved as a PDF like previous years before you can then send as an attachment.  Last year for me with Sage,  unless he got fed up with me on the phone saying that it didn't work as I was trying to get the Covering letter, P11D etc to email and said that just to get rid of me I don't know, if anyone else has managed to get them to email like the payslips and could point me in the right direction that would be great.  This is the one the chap said would email
