Print individual employee PDFs having selected all employees/employer.

Hi,

Would like to know if there is an option for selecting all employees and generating individual PDF documents for them.

Rather than going into each individual employee and printing or printing one big PDF of all employees.

This is to upload to the sage documents portal for employees to access rather than printing.

    Sorry for the delay in responding to your query.

    Unfortunately there is a limitation in Sage 50 P11D around generating PDF files directly from the software when you are using a 64 bit computer, because of this in most circumstances you need to use Microsoft print to PDF as a work around, which will not split the out the individual employee P11D's meaning they would need to be produced individually.

    Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
