My old version of P11d software will no longer load, as of 10 days ago.


I went to backup my data on v26 10 days ago, and found I could no longer access the software at all.  

I have downloaded v27 hoping that this may right the issue, but still nothing. 

The SAGE phone lines are jammed, as they do not even put me in a queue. 

Any ideas please?

    So when you try and open Sage 50 P11D by clicking on the icon what actually happens? Are you asked to log in? Does the program simply not do anything at all when you try to open it?

    Can you provide a little more information so I can advise some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
