We allocate your engineers to a cost in resources 

Then allocate their time via project charges

But there is no way to hide the resource/person when they no longer work for you

You cant delete them as you need the costs linked to the job so i have ended up with loads of resources saying now do not use so i don't accidentally click that person. Especially when you have had 3 different James work for you all on different rates!
