Bank Reconcilliation - forgot to match both sides although rec done

Question

I have one bank payment on left hand side of bank feeds window, it's DD for credit card. I have inserted all the transactions from the credit card and have reconcilled the bank without matching both sides.Although the balance has been correct i have that one transaction sitting on left hand side. Not sure what to do with it, can i just click ignore, because the balance is correct, or should i unreconcille the right hand transaction to match with left side? if i do that will the transactions appear in bank feeds window? 
 Any ideas please

If you're happy that everything balances and that this particular transaction has already been accounted for / reconciled, then you are safe to click to ignore it. Step 1 of this guide gives a little more info about using "Ignore" in the Note: Open article
