Thanks for using Sage City, and apologies for the delayed reply.
I hope this has been resolved, but in case it's still outstanding, in the first instance I would suggest checking if that "enquiries" email address can log into My Sage >
If that login is possible, I would suggest contacting Sage Tech Support for further troubleshooting. If it can't be used to log in to that site, there should be a prompt to link the account, after which I would recommend trying the Remote Access again.
