Remote data access Constant syncing issues

We are having constant syncing issues with remote access since we upgraded to v28. I understand this is due to a bug within the release. Any news on when the fix is due. I am having to reload and rework data on a daily basis?

    Thanks for using Sage City. 

    When you say that you are getting synching issues, do you get a particular message at all? 

    There is no reported bugs regarding the data synchronising, if your program is asking you to sync regularly I’ve advise to ensure your Internet Speeds meet our minimum requirements across all sites that use Sage. Those are: download = 4mbps, upload = 2mbps. 

    Those can be checked at www.speedtest.net 

    If your Internet speeds meet or exceed those, I’d advise to refer to our guide on performance issues within the program to determine the cause.
