sage remote drive issues since V28 upgrade

i haven't used remote data access for quite a while, i had to delete the queue.dta file first but am now getting this error.  Not sure on the best way to fix.  I have looked at https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=210225145518243&hypermediatext=null  but the 3 causes mentioned do not seem to be the problem I am having

any ideas ?

    I'm sorry for the delay in responding to you. 

    We often find that "Cause 1" in the help file you referenced (here) is the most common cause of the issue. If you use Sage on multiple PC's, we'd recommend you go through the process of installing the update on each of them - And then ensure you open up Sage and convert the Remote Data over to v28 when prompted on the main site computer.
