Validating Opayo Credentials - Screen Delay - Please Help

Since updating to V28 When taking over the phone card payments directly into my Sage Accounts Customer Receipt Screen, when you go to "pay by Card" the screen is taking ages with the display "Validating Opayo Credentials". Once the details are all entered and the screen goes back to sage to update, this takes ages too. Its quite embarrassing keeping a client on the phone and also I dont have the time for this delay. . Im not on WiFi, I am wired in, I have rebooted my internet and nothing works I have asked Sage and they say ask Opayo, I have asked Opayo and they say its Sage
