Making Tax Digital - only working on one client

Question

Good Afternoon 
 
 We are running Sage 50c V27.1, and for some reason Sage will only allow MTD submissions from one particular client machine, all other clients come up with a warning saying your software in not MTD ready. I have checked the options on the client machines and they are all ticket to allow Making Tax Digital Submissions. I am only dealing with the one company. 
 
 Does anyone have any ideas on a fix for this issue?

Hi David, If you look in the top left-hand corner of the client that works it'll say Sage 50cloud Accounts. If you look at the clients that don't work, they'll state Sage 50 Accounts. On those clients ask everyone to log out then one by one go to 1. Tools 2. Activation 3. Upgrade Program All clients will work with MTD once they all say Sage 50cloud Accounts.
