I have been filing inline for a long time with no problems. However, i now get a message that says 'agent is not authorised'.

Hi, thanks for using Sage City.

Are you getting the following error?

'Error 403 - The client and/or agent is not authorised.'

If so, please make the checks in this guide.

If the issue persists after making these checks, you'll need to contact HMRC.
