Sage 50 V29 cannot run downloaded exe file

Running as administrator. Updating to V29.

The exe file downloads OK but on opening it to run the file I get a pop up message saying

"this app can't run on your PC"

Any ideas ?

    Since Sage went on the cloud I have lost access to the company accounts on multiple occasions for one reason or another or excuse from Sage. Spent hours and hours on the phone. Latest issue is downloading V.29 version spent 30 minutes on the phone with an advisor who couldn't stay online to ensure this was successful and despite following all the instructions still can't get to my accounts. How can this keep happening when paying a high monthly subscription? 

    When I tried to log in this evening after re-starting my computer as advised to do the V.28 is still on there and will not allow me to continue. Rang back and they are now closed. I can only work on my accounts in the early evening. I have so much updating to do due to not having access. 

    Please can somebody advise?
