Sage Excel Integration not installing

I've downloaded SEI three times and installed it to no avail. It does not appear either at the top of the spreadsheet or in Options/Add-ins. I am using Sage 50 Accounts v.27 and had no problems with v.26. I've tried repairing the installation but that doesn't work either.

Hi Kate,

Could you let me know if you're using a 32-bit or 64-bit installation of Microsoft Excel? You can find out more about this by checking our help guide here.

Hi Adam

Many thanks for your response - I've just checked and it is 64-bit.

Unfortunately our products are only fully compatible with 32-bit installations.

It may be worth checking if you need a 64-bit installation or if 32-bit would be sufficient. If 32-bit would work for you, visit Microsoft's help guide on installing the 32-bit version here.
