Locked out because new installation asks for a password to login.

Question

I'm trying to install my sage existing V24 on a brand new computer but I can not open it because it asks for a password and or a security question neither of which I have set up. What do I need to do? I am a sole trader and do not have full support. 
 Could it be something to do with Windows 7 professional or is it a Sage issue? 
 
 Any help or advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Hi Stephen, 
 Thanks for using Sage City. 
 By default the login for Sage 50 is Manager without a password. You could try your account number as a password, you won't be locked out regardless of number of attempts. 
 If you're being prompted to set a password and secret question you'll need to do this first before accessing the program. 
 If you're not sure of the password set please get in touch and we can decode it for free.
