Locked out because new installation asks for a password to login.

I'm trying to install my sage existing V24 on a brand new computer but I can not open it because it asks for a password and or a security question neither of which I have set up. What do I need to do? I am a sole trader and do not have full support.

Could it be something to do with Windows 7 professional or is it a Sage issue?

Any help or advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.
