Sales Reports

How can I run our sales reports for a calendar year not financial year. We need to report to ONS in calendar year format. Also how can I run a report to show the values on each tax code eg T0 in calendar year?

    Hi Heather

We have a dedicated Reports team who can help with this if you're struggling

To submit a query to the report team:

1.Open the internet and go to: my.sage.co.uk/cases

2.If prompted, sign in using your Sage ID.

3.You should now be on a Case Management screen.

4.To submit a new query, either click 'log a new support case here', or click 'Add new case'.

5.Complete all fields on the form and enter a full description of your query.

6.To submit your query, click Add new case.

You should receive a response within one working day.

    I hope this helps!

    Kind regards

I used P&L Monthly Breakdown for part of the reporting, then loaded the previous financial year's archive and repeated the report. That gave me a lot of the data.

Copied reports and pasted into Excel.

Then used Excel to do the 'fiddling' required for reporting to ONS

But I still ended up loading the archive several times to get all the data ONS required.

Calendar year versions of all financial reports supplied as standard would be very handy for those of us whose financial year is at odds with the calendar year.

    Hi Heather,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

For the T0 report, you could filter the transaction list to only show transactions for T0 for a date range and then export the list to Excel. The following article offers some information about using Filters: How do I filter my lists?

With most reports you can run them for a date range, which sales reports are you using currently?
