Out of Memory Error when emailing still there in v29

Hi All,

The out of memory error was due to be fixed with release of v29 - so we have updated most of our sites to v29, but it is still occurring.

We have also reduced the size of any logos on layouts etc. and it still occurs.

There also appears to be intermittent delays with emailing from Sage to Outlook on sites.

Anyone else still coming across these issues?

I've been getting in v28 - I was going to update our customer to v29 to see if it fixes it. I will still update to v29 to see if i get the out of memory. Does it impact all your users? on our site the end users who are not local admins get the error, once I make them admin seems the work which I know isn't a solution long term so still under investigation on my end however it is only one customer who we getting this for.

I am having the same problem - When emailing customer statements we get the same error. the occurrence is random.

We send out 300+ customer statements in batches of 50 and get the same error. We have to constantly log out of SAGE and reboot the PC. The issue has been occurring. we are on V29
