Thanks for using Sage City.

In this case I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Create a new backup of your data.
2. Click File, Maintenance and Re-index.
3. Select Good Received Notes and Goods Despatched Notes, click OK, Yes and Compress now.
4. Remove the tick from Compress all data files and select Goods Received Notes and Goods Despatched Notes.
5. Click Compress, click OK and then Close and Close again.

Now check the GDNs again.
