365 Backup issue

Get the above warning (Argument is invalid) when trying to manually sync data to 365. 

Any suggestions?

    Hi Liam,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    This has been seen to occur if there has been corruption in the Chart of Accounts in the past.

    To correct this problem:

    1. Open Sage 50c Accounts.
    2. From the navigation bar, click Nominal Codes and from the menu bar, click Chart of accounts.
    3. Select your chart of accounts and click Edit.
    4. Click Save and then click Close.
    5. Repeat as necessary with any other charts listed.
    6. Click Bank Accounts, click the first Bank Account on the list, click Edit, then click Save.
    7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the other Bank accounts.
    8. Click File, then click Maintenance and click Recovery Tools.
    9. When prompted, create a backup file.
    10. Click Reindex and Compress All, then click OK.
    11. Click Recalculate Transaction History, then click OK.
    12. Click Recalculate Period Values, then click OK.
    13. Click Reset Transaction status, then click OK.
    14. Now attempt to upload again.
