If you select File > Scheduled Backup > Settings, you will see options on the right hand side to select what you back up.

Although it's always good to backup regularly, you don't always need to back up everything (e.g. Reports are not often edited so no need to back them up every day).

However if you are happy with the file size, feel free to set this up in the scheduled backup as well.

Thanks for getting back to me on this one.
I have just checked the settings for the scheduled backup and there are ticks in all the boxes as well as at the top.
That seems to imply that this backup includes everything.
And yet the scheduled backup for one company is 61,445KB whereas the manual backup is 146,653KB.
Curious.
