Date Modified is now wrong upon updating to V24

Hello I'm Kerry,

Here's the issue -

Half of our PC's have been updated to sage V24 were the other half are still on version 23, for those on V23 everything is fine , no issues, no problems...

YET for those who are running V24 all of the memos that we attach to various suppliers are incorrectly dated... for example for one of our primary suppliers (Name not needed) who we scan all of their invoices for - None of the memos attached to their account are correctly dated so now for the various number of staff who are now on V24 all of the dates appear as 17/1/18 for every memo on every supplier. This is preventing half of our staff members from working efficiently/ at all in some cases.

    This isn’t an issue we’re aware of. However, I recommend that you upgrade all of your Sage 50 Accounts software to v24, to ensure that you’re all running on the same build and platform.

    If the issue persists after upgrading all software to v24, there are a few variables that we will need to check with you before we can resolve this for you. Therefore, on this occasion, it would be better if you could contact our Support team either via web chat or telephone in order for us to give you the most appropriate solution.
