I've checked and we have no records of any issues with the Diary / reminders, it would be interesting to see if anyone else has encountered a problem.

With regard to Office integration, v29 integrates with the desktop version of Office 365, as outlined in our System Requirements article.  It may be that you just need to access the Desktop version of 365 if you are licenced for that, your local IT should be able to support there...

If I recall correctly you will need to open the calendar at least once after opening the company before alerts will show.
