Hi,

My customer is running Sage 50 accounts professional v28, after year end the departmental actuals are incorrect so they run the recalculate departmental actuals but the system keeps closing during the process.

I have taken a backup across and run on my v28.1 but still the same. I have run a check data and no errors. Splits are 581619 and Headers 580711. Budget method is Advanced: Department in-depth.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas how to get this to run through without crashing?
