I am running my year end and trying to print off the relevant documents - I have successfully got the Trial Balance but when trying to get the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet the system keeps telling me " Report could not be generated. No data was returned for this report"   Help!!!!

    Hi Tracy,

    Have you tried changing the process date to the last day of the year end & then tried running the report?

    Just a suggestion in case you had a different date selected?

    Only other issue i can foresee is that the report has been deleted by accident & needs to be located again. Only way to do that is to contact Sage & ask them to help you.
