  • I would like to ask you about reconciliation. Can I delete transaction which is unmatched before I "Save progress"? I typed wrong figure and obviously it doesn't match with bank statement. Do I have to delete it in "Transaction" section? What happened I found M6Toll transaction in Bank statement which I don't have invoice for. So I opened the Bank Payments and didn't calculate the VAT. Now I have £8.40 instead £7 in Unmatched transactions.

    Hi Marcela,

    If the problem transaction has not yet been reconciled, I would be inclined to delete in in the Transactions window and then enter it again with the correct values. The incorrect transaction will be removed and the new transaction will be available to reconcile.
