When you view products and services module if you click on the top you can add most of the fields to the view e.g. description , stock code, Qty order levels, Tax code etc etc but it doesn't allow  you to view category which is really useful and when exporting that screen (for quickness) you cannot do any filtering on category so have to go into reports.
