An update to this functionality now means the Mark as won and Mark as lost button are only enabled if one or more quotation is selected.

Mark as Won / Lost buttons on Product Quote screen

Adding the "Mark as Won" & "Mark as Lost" buttons to the product quote screen would forever more eliminate careless users not seeing the popup warning about converting all available quotes and would make it easier to only ever convert the correct quote.

Hi Simon Fitt just to let you know changes to the Invoices, Quotes, SOP and POP screens are coming in v26,the buttons will be disabled unless you have an item highlighted. This will avoid numerous items being updated at once.

This sits well with my suggestion of being able to make quotes as "won" in the sales order window
